TRANSISTOR

 

Introduction:-

A transistor is a three-part semiconductor device, each part of which carries a current. A device made by connecting n-type on both sides of a p-type semiconductor or p-type semiconductor on both sides of an n-type semiconductor is called a transistor. Transistor is used to amplifier and switching in a electronics circuit. A small types of signal that gives its base terminal then  amplifying this signal .
